I started my career in post production as a transcriber. As menial and tedious as the task may have been, it definitely built an image in my mind about the importance of story telling. Regardless of where the technology goes or the directions given by producers and writers, the age old practice of telling a story in the best possible way is the primary focus. As an editor, this is a responsibility I take seriously and hope to only improve as I forge on in this industry.
